Are you having problems with how you are feeling?

If you are feeling sad, anxious or worried, lonely or isolated, or confused about your feelings, you are not alone. Lots of people feel like this sometimes and there is support and help out there for you.

It is so important to share how you feel with someone you trust – ideally a parent, but if this is not possible how about a brother or sister, a teacher or a family friend?

  • Tell an adult you trust and ask them to call 999
